DELINEA DESIGN worked with First Management Co. to create a website evoking the look and feel of their newly refurbished, historic apartment building in the historic Old Market – the re-dubbed “Bloc12 Apartments.”
The building was undergoing major renovations as DELINEA was working on creating the Bloc12 brand and developing the website. Photography or models of the renovated building did not yet exist, so DELINEA took an alternate approach to developing the brand.
A physical model of the building was created and photographed, while computer simulated models made it possible for potential renters to see the layout of the luxury apartments’ individual floor plans. All items were completed before the building opened to allow for the company to pre-lease units.
